"All the Way Till the End"

You sat there, on the edge of the water. The humidity created a haze that hung onto everything- the trees, the water, your skin. But the glow of the sun setting through the trees and reflecting off the water was too beautiful to pull your eyes away and seek the solace of air conditioning. You stayed there and watched, all the way till the end.
