"Crashing"

Sometimes you just need to stand at the edge of the sea, and let the sound and the might and the force of the waves crash over you, then watch as the undertow pulls the water out from beneath your feet, sweeping away to meet the next swell just to curl over and crash again. In and out, in and out, the dance is never-ending. And it brings you peace, deep down.
